Tasi's Prosecco rose combines Glera and Pinot Nero in Veneto, giving the familiar sparkling style a pink-fruit twist. The Pinot Nero supplies colour and berry character, while Glera keeps the wine fresh and approachable. It is a cheerful bottle for aperitivo snacks, lunch or an informal toast with friends.
- Aromas: Delicate white flowers and juicy red-fruit notes create a fresh, inviting fragrance, combining floral lift with gentle berry character.
- Palate: Fine, persistent bubbles carry the fruit through a clean finish. The texture is light and refreshing, with enough flavour to enjoy alongside simple food.
- Style: A light-bodied Brut Prosecco rose with fresh fruit and an easy, dry drinking style rather than a rich, heavily toasted profile.
- Winemaking: After initial fermentation in stainless steel, a second fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks. The winemaking includes a longer tank period for the rose, retaining freshness while building persistent bubbles.
- Cellaring: Enjoy on release for the clearest fruit and liveliest sparkle. Keep cool and dark; without a disgorgement or lot date, there is little reason to plan extended further cellaring.
- Food Pairing: Prawns, antipasti, chicken appetisers, tomato salads or fresh cheese; the berry character is appealing with a colourful spread of lighter dishes.
A pink Prosecco is an easy way to make an ordinary gathering feel a little brighter. Tasi brings flowers, berries and fresh bubbles into a very sociable bottle. Open it with a few snacks, share it around and let the occasion find its own shape. Serve well chilled, with a few savoury bites ready to bring out the fruit and refreshing finish.
Tasi
Above the Illasi Valley, at the edge of Verona’s Lessinia mountains, Tasi tells a story of renewal. Its estate was once a quarry, and the project places the restoration of the landscape at the centre of its identity. Emerging from the experience of the Fasoli wine family and their collaborators, Tasi brings a younger, independent spirit to the region’s traditions. Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other local varieties connect its reds with Verona, while Garganega and Glera contribute to the wider collection.
Regenerative organic farming, biodiversity and the relationship between vineyards, woodland and animals shape the estate’s daily work. The same measured approach continues in the cellar through spontaneous fermentation and maturation in cement and large neutral oak. Tasi presents wines with an emphasis on freshness and balance, allowing the landscape to guide the result. Even its name carries personality: in Venetian dialect, “tasi” means “be quiet”, an invitation to pause and pay attention. For drinkers interested in thoughtful farming and a distinctive producer story, Tasi offers an appealing meeting of regional heritage and a landscape being brought back to life.
