Tasi's Prosecco Brut comes from Veneto, using Glera grown around the Euganean Hills. The estate gives this familiar sparkling style a fresh, fruit-led expression with a mineral finish. Tank fermentation preserves the apple-and-pear character, making it an easy choice for aperitivo food and relaxed celebrations.

  • Aromas: Apple, pear and melon, with a hint of peach adding a gently rounded fruit note to the fresh, clean fragrance.
  • Palate: Fine bubbles lift the fruit, leading to a lingering mineral finish. An initial sense of fruit generosity gives way to a drier, refreshing close.
  • Style: A light-bodied Brut Prosecco with clear fruit, gentle texture and an easygoing, dry finish rather than rich, toasted complexity.
  • Winemaking: The winemaking includes initial fermentation in steel, followed by a second fermentation using the Charmat tank method for around sixty days. The process retains Glera's fresh fruit while building persistent bubbles.
  • Cellaring: Enjoy on release for the clearest fruit and liveliest sparkle. Keep cool and dark; without a disgorgement or lot date, there is little reason to plan extended further cellaring.
  • Food Pairing: Olives, fried vegetables, prawns, fresh cheese or light antipasti; it is a useful opening bottle for a table of savoury snacks.

Good Prosecco makes an evening feel easy, and this one brings the fruit and freshness you want. Chill it, put a few savoury bites out and let the conversation begin. A relaxed Veneto bottle that works for a celebration without needing a special reason. Serve well chilled, with a few savoury bites ready to bring out the fruit and refreshing finish.

Tasi

Above the Illasi Valley, at the edge of Verona’s Lessinia mountains, Tasi tells a story of renewal. Its estate was once a quarry, and the project places the restoration of the landscape at the centre of its identity. Emerging from the experience of the Fasoli wine family and their collaborators, Tasi brings a younger, independent spirit to the region’s traditions. Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other local varieties connect its reds with Verona, while Garganega and Glera contribute to the wider collection.

Regenerative organic farming, biodiversity and the relationship between vineyards, woodland and animals shape the estate’s daily work. The same measured approach continues in the cellar through spontaneous fermentation and maturation in cement and large neutral oak. Tasi presents wines with an emphasis on freshness and balance, allowing the landscape to guide the result. Even its name carries personality: in Venetian dialect, “tasi” means “be quiet”, an invitation to pause and pay attention. For drinkers interested in thoughtful farming and a distinctive producer story, Tasi offers an appealing meeting of regional heritage and a landscape being brought back to life.
