The Paringa Shiraz 2021 - Paringa Estate

Paringa Estate is one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most iconic wineries, founded in 1984 by Lindsay McCall. What began as a small vineyard planted on a north-facing orchard quickly gained recognition, with Lindsay’s wines earning awards and critical acclaim from the early 1990s.

Renowned for producing complex, expressive Pinot Noir and Shiraz, Paringa Estate was named Best Winery in Australiaby the James Halliday Wine Companion in 2007—cementing its place among the country’s leading producers.

Today, the estate is led by Lindsay’s son, Jamie McCall, who continues to build on the family legacy, crafting wines that reflect both the character of the region and a long-standing commitment to quality.
