The Parker Estate Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautifully balanced, medium-to-full-bodied red wine that showcases a highly refined side of Coonawarra, South Australia. Produced by the property's talented winemaking team, this flagship bottling captures the region's hallmark structure and intense dark fruit while maintaining a sleek, refreshing poise that guarantees outstanding cellaring longevity.
  • Aromas: Refined and complex with blackcurrant, dark plum, dried sage, tobacco leaf, and subtle cedary oak spice.
  • Palate: Composed and driving with blackberry, cassis, vibrant regional acidity, and a seamless backbone of fine-grained tannins.
  • Style: Landmark Coonawarra Cabernet that marries rich fruit density with cool-climate freshness, trading heavy extraction for impeccable poise.
  • Winemaking: Sourced from individual blocks within the estate’s Abbey vineyard, fermented gently, and matured for 14 months in fine French oak barrels.
  • Cellaring: Wonderfully structured and approachable now, but perfectly balanced to evolve gracefully over 8 to 10 years.
  • Food Pairing: An exceptional match for high-end meals, pairing beautifully with prime ribeye steak, roasted rosemary lamb rack, or braised venison cheeks.
This is a totally delicious, benchmark Cabernet that brings plenty of top-tier sophistication without ever feeling too heavy or over-extracted. It fills your glass with an incredibly satisfying wave of smooth dark berries and classy cedar notes, while a crisp line of regional acidity keeps everything exceptionally lively.

Blackberries on the bush, blackcurrants and juniper berries. Baked red clay, driftwood and dried bush greens. Bay leaf and caperberry. There is a crackle of dried leaves to the sound this wine gives out. It's as Australian as ’dry as a bone’. Cedar, tea brewing in a billy and all the nostalgia. Oak and saltbush are part of the fabric of the wine. Just splendid.
